If you are looking for something different than what’s listed below, we are more than happy to create personal packages based on your specific and specialized event. All spaces are available by the hour, with a two-hour minimum, allowing you to tailor a package to fit your exact needs.

 

All packages can be converted and held in the larger, more spacious Generations Room for events with over 200 attendees (additional fees apply).

Yountville Heritage Wedding:
Ceremony & Reception

$6,262.00

A twelve-hour rental of our Patio & Lawn, Heritage Room and Kitchen. 

Imagine your dream ceremony on the picturesque back Lawn followed by an al fresco cocktail hour on the Patio. Then, move the party inside to the Heritage Room for dinner, dancing and happily ever after. This all-inclusive  package includes 150 chairs for outdoor ceremony, as well as chairs for up to 200 people and your choice of rounds or banquet style tables in the Heritage Room, in addition to a 10% discount on the room rental as a result of booking 8 or more hours.  (Suggested time frame: 2 to 3 hours of set up, 8 to 9 hours of event time, 1 hour break down & clean up). 

Yountville Heritage Reception

An eight-hour rental of our Patio & Lawn, Heritage Room and Kitchen. 

This package is ideal for couples who choose to have their ceremony offsite at another location. We’d love to host your reception and this package includes set up and break down time as well as plenty of time to celebrate. Picture this: upon arrival, guests are greeted with a cocktail hour on the spacious Lawn & Patio, followed by moving inside to the Heritage Room for dinner, dancing and happily ever after. This all-inclusive package includes chairs for up to 200 people and your choice of rounds or banquet style tables in the Heritage Room, in addition to a 10% discount on the room rental as a result of booking 8 or more hours. (Suggested time frame: 2 hours of set up, 5 hours of event time and 1 hour break down & clean up). 

Yountville Heritage Rehearsal Dinner

A six-hour rental of our Patio & Lawn, Heritage Room and Kitchen. 

This Rehearsal Dinner package is perfect for couples looking for a unique location to host an unforgettable evening with their wedding party, friends, and family. Start the evening off on the Lawn and Patio for a meet and greet cocktail hour followed by plenty of time in the Heritage Room to eat, mingle and celebrate. This all-inclusive package includes chairs for up to 50 people and your choice of rounds or banquet style tables in the Heritage Room. (Suggested time frame: 1 to 2 hours of set up, 3 to 4  hours of event time, and 1 hour break down & clean up.).

Get Down to Business 

$2,078.00

A four-hour rental of our Heritage Room. 

This package is perfect for all your workweek meetings and gatherings. This four-hour rental of the Heritage Room also includes chairs for up to 75 people and your choice of rounds or banquet style tables. The spacious Heritage Room allows for the set up of furniture arranged in banquet, assembly, classroom or conference style. Please ask about additional amenities that may be available to add on to this package. (Suggested time frame: 1 hour of set up, 2 hours of event time, and 1 hour of break down and clean up).
